Australia-based Kimberley Garlick is returning to New Zealand to run this 3-hour workshop, held at Pilates Flow in Hataitai.

Switch on your internal mirrors, discover language and practical skills to create deeper understanding of the Pilates principles of movement. This workshop is extremely user friendly and will have your clients understanding their body and Pilates even more. Quirky, fun and innovative ways to nourish the mind and body in movement.

Normal registration fee equals $275 incl. GST, or $195 if booked with ChiBall Masterclass at the same time prior to 11 April 2017. Fee equals $220 if you book and pay prior to 11 April 2017.

We are excited to welcome back Kimberley Garlick who will run a number of master classes, workshops and courses in 2017.

Kimberley is a super-woman otherwise known as a Polestar Educator. With qualifications in Sports Science, Nutrition, Dance, and Pilates, she’s managed Sports Centres, taught all styles of classes and run her own nutrition centre.

Kimberley has been teaching Pilates since 1996, and injects her holistic approach and passions that include Personality Profiling, AcuEnergetics (a contemporary healing modality) and Life Coaching. She is a Lifestyle presenter for large business firms and runs her own studios in Sydney and Byron Bay.

It’s a privilege to welcome Kimberley and her all new Workshops to Wellington; her wealth of knowledge and years of experience are not to be missed; she will be sharing with you new, motivating information and movement!
