Shoulder girdle organisation is tough to deal with in Pilates! It’s proprioceptively difficult to feel what’s going on around the shoulder and many of us have years of training in faulty movement to undo.
Join Senior Polestar Educator Elizabeth Wilson for this session which will review the concepts of correct shoulder girdle organisation and assessment and then go deep into how to effectively cue and understand movement in this part of the body.
Selected exercises to aid mastery of shoulder girdle organisation in the Polestar Pilates repertoire will be taught so you can confidently and effectively develop your own mastery in preparation or teach these concepts to clients.
The workshop fee of $350 includes morning tea as well as GST. Students are responsible for all personal extras, such as travel and accommodation and personal supplies and lunch during the course dates.
Early Bird discount of $35 applies only when registered and paid in full prior to 23 March ’18.
