WE’VE UPGRADED OUR REGISTRATION SYSTEM

We use the booking system called Momence.

All you have to do to access this new system is the following:

  • Download the Momence App from either the Apple Store or Google Play

  • Reset your password on Momence – by using using the email address attached to your Polestar Studio account​ – and clicking here.

  • PLEASE NOTE: for every credit card payment there is an automatic surcharge of 3% to cover the credit card fee.

YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A LOGIN

Once you have clicked on a “Register Here” button, or directly from out of an email we sent you, your web browser will shown the following screen in Momence:

Select “Customer” and click on “Sign up as a Customer”.  On the next screen fill out your details, incl. your email address and password, and click “Sign up”.
