Maddison Garlick is and assistant Educator for Polestar Pilates Australia.
Through osmosis Maddison has been immersed in the Pilates industry and has fallen in love with the concept of movement within the human body.
Completing her full diploma of Studio/Rehab with Polestar Pilates in 2017 is now an assistant educator on Polestar courses and sharing her passion with like minded students.
She has been an instructor for 6 years and worked in various studios in Brisbane, Gold Coast,
Byron Bay and now is Studio Manager at Northern Rivers Pilates in Lismore.
Maddison has coordinated, organised and presented at the Teach To Preach Retreat, Power in Motion Mini Conference for Practitioners with multiple international presenters and participants. She runs a monthly workshop series at Northern Rivers Pilates for her clients.
She is currently Studying Traditional Chinese Medicine through Endeavour College of natural Health.
