Polestar Pilates Education requires you to read the Polestar Student Handbook which provides background information on for example:

• The global Polestar Pilates organisation

• Courses and Exams

• Certification details & guidelines

It also contains an agreement (on the last two pages) which you need to complete, sign and return to us before you commence any part of the course – if you haven’t already done so
