The Polestar curriculum is divided into Comprehensive and Fitness groups. Each series consists of a number of modules, with each module being a 2-day course. Most courses are scheduled on weekends, about a month apart, minimising time away from home and work. The time between courses facilitates study, observation and practice, allowing you to master the material before continuing to the next module.
Comprehensive – with full certifications in either Studio or Rehabiliation
Polestar Pilates Comprehensive programs provide in-depth instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice, using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Mat and small props.
Fitness – with full certifications in Mat
Polestar Pilates fitness programs provide instruction in Pilates principles, techniques and practice with emphasis on group dynamics for Mat.
